This visit will include active treatment whether a patient is presenting for continued care involving an active issue or just routine maintenance care.
This office operates as a cash-based practice accepting cash, check, and debit/credit cards. If seeking reimbursement from your insurance company, the proper documentation can be provided, but this office will not be responsible for billing the insurance company.
Extended Appointment : $100
This visit will be utilized for patients that may be dealing with multiple issues that may require more time. This will be discussed if needed.
